Jeff Su

Jeff Su grew up in the USA and has led a diverse and international career as an academic, CEO, entrepreneur, consultant and psychotherapist in the USA, Australia, Europe, and Africa. He is currently a managing director at nRhythm, a consulting firm applying holistic living systems thinking to organizational design. He holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Science and a graduate degree in Holistic Psychology. He met Lama Ole Nydahl and took refuge in 2007. At Lama Ole’s request, he is sharing his understanding of Buddhism and meditation as a Buddhist teacher. He lives in Amherst, Massachusetts.
